I am passionate to make a meaningful impact on society by helping others, whether it is on our team at Iron Mountain, nurses during COVID or those in need in Nicaragua. I have a thirst for knowledge and a relentless drive to create a positive impact in the world. Throughout my life, I have been driven by the desire to push boundaries, challenge the status quo, and create positive change.
As a manager of the Learning & Development team at Iron Mountain, I’ve had the opportunity to work with truly amazing people. I’ve gained invaluable experience and skills that I bring to everything I do.
I believe in the power of collaboration and the importance of community. I've always enjoyed working with others to achieve shared goals.
When I'm not working with the Sales Enablement team, you can find me spending time with my husband, two daughters and dog, Daisy.
Ultimately, my mission is to leave a positive impact on the world. I believe that with the right mindset, hard work, and determination, anything is possible. I'm excited to continue on this journey and to see where it takes me.

I find immense joy and satisfaction in inspiring and motivating my team. Seeing everyone on my team grow and develop their skills and expertise is a fulfilling experience. Guiding them towards achieving their goals and milestones, and celebrating their successes along the way is what drives me. I am passionate about creating a positive work environment that fosters openness, collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Knowing that I have made a positive impact on someone's life, and helped them achieve their full potential, is what makes leading and inspiring my team so rewarding.
